of tranquil Lake Morton. We developed our clients
ideas into a conceptual design, managed the permit
process and tore down their existing cabin, bringing
their dream home to life. The Triumph features
a day light basement, theatre room, two master
suites, one on the upper floor and one on the
main floor, an outdoor living space and swim
spa. This magnificent 3 story 4,852 sq ft custom

The Wilhelm has
allowed us to continue our venture as the preferred Lake
Meridian Custom Home Builder. We worked closely
with our clients ensuring their
discerning tastes and lifestyle needs were met

| The Ketchikan |

We built this spectacular lake house next door to
the Mastercraft Home (a previous cMAC project).
The Ketchikan is a spectacular 4,500 square foot
home nestled on the shore of Lake Meridian. The
delighted homeowners found the construction process
to be “fun and easy”, because of cMAC's
experience, communication and teamwork. Our expertise
ensured a smooth running project; completed on-time
and on-budget. The Ketchikan is a perfect example
of the level of quality and craftsmanship that

| The Mastercraft |

cMAC was thrilled to build this lake house at
Lake Meridian which surpassed the home owners dream
of a custom built home on the current property
they owned. From the tear down project, to the
building of their dream, cMAC was available daily
to assure the quality, craftsmanship, and ethical
practices were going into every construction phase
of their home. A beautiful home was developed,
5,100 square feet on .43 acres, overlooking the
beauty of Lake Meridian and Mt Rainer.

| The Laurelhurst |

Our clients selected the cMAC team to turn their
rental home into their dream home after talking
with our tremendous references. The Laurelhurst
is a quality crafted 4,308 sq ft traditional style
home. Its two stories feature a balcony off the
master suite, covered outdoor living space and
a finished basement. This beautiful Seattle home
is custom crafted with the finest materials, the
very best tradesmen, and cMAC’s expertise.

cMAC is constructing this magnificent 5,782 sq
ft contemporary Custom Home in the Clyde Hill neighborhood.
The Nepal’s unique stature compliments the
clients’ style and community in which it
resides. Its modern design features a flat roof
and stunning roof top deck. We work closely with
our clients, structural engineer and architect
ensuring the distinctive home design and custom
features are expertly constructed. This modern
home is a wonderful example of the trusting relationships
cMAC builds with our clients, local jurisdictions
and trade partners; ensuring team work, high quality

Oakheart |

The Oakheart enjoys acreage in a beautiful wilderness
equestrian setting near Lake Francis. This traditional
style home has 2,550 sq ft with 4 bedrooms and
3 1/2 baths. It features a magnificent main floor
master bedroom with a sitting room and covered
porch, the elegant dining room has vaulted ceilings
and the great room has a grand two story ceiling.
cMAC facilitated bringing the utilities to this
undeveloped site including well drilling, on site
septic and underground electric services. By establishing
a relationship early in the process our team can
manage permitting, design and move seamlessly into
the construction phase, providing an enjoyable

Orion |

The Orion is a quiet unassuming rambler nestled
in the forested area of Lake Morton and Druids
Glenn Golf Course. Its’ private drive leads
you to the gentle beauty of the Orion and its’ surroundings.
We worked closely with the family, architect and
lender ensuring their dream home was brought to
life. The Orion is a 2,335 sq ft custom designed,
high quality crafted rambler. From the conceptual
design to the finishing details, the cMAC team
delivered quality and excellence to each step along

| The Breindel |

The Breindel enjoys 2.5 acres in a rustic area of Auburn near Camp Berachah. This large 2,930 sq ft rambler has an open floor plan resembling the great room concept and boasts a large master suite with 5 piece master bath, 3 bedrooms, covered porch and a cozy den. It also includes a fantastic outdoor living space featuring a see-through fireplace and over sized 3 car garage. Because of its' remote setting it is on a septic and well system. The Breindel is a great example of cMAC’s construction expertise providing exceptional value, style and functionality.

| Mercer
Island Renovation |
 |
This cMAC rejuvenation project included our clients
main home and pool house. Together with LG Interiors
cMAC designed this exterior makeover to bring this
home back to life. The Mercer Island home renovation
included new Loon Lake natural ledge stone, new
siding details, a beautiful new 50 year roof, garage
doors, and custom hand stamped concrete driveway.
