Dear cMAC,
My husband and I live in an older 6 unit condominium complex in Kent. The sidewalks,
driveways and front porches had all deteriorated over time and needed to be replaced.
After meeting with several different contractors and receiving bids from them,
Cmac construction was the contractor we chose for our project. There were several
deciding factors (besides price) that went into our association selecting Cmac.
First off Mr. Chris Welch was the most professional of the contractors we meant,
he also introduced us to the subcontractors that he would be using for the project.
They all assured us that they would repair any damage to the existing sprinkler
system and they would replace all of the landscaping that they would have to
move for the demolition of the existing slabs. Well the entire project came in
on time and within budget. All the workers were polite and professional and they
all treated our property as if it were their own. Every homeowner was pleased
with the outcome and none of us would hesitate to recommend Cmac construction
to any of our friends and neighbors.
